Course Description
This chemistry course is a first year survey course of the
principles and applications of chemistry. The class is designed
to provide students with a general knowledge of matter, energy,
chemical compounds and molecules, gases and solutions, thermodynamics,
acids and bases, and nuclear chemistry. Chemistry concepts
will be emphasized as well as quantitative analysis.
